Monday

Spin 19:00 - 21:00

Not brought your bike to campus? Firstly - big mistake. Hope is not all lost! Come join us in the Sports Hub on Mondays (and Thursdays) for a dose of spin! A mix of 30min - 50min high intensity sessions, making enough space for the purple to come on Wednesdays! 

The allocation for the spin studio is 7-9pm, so feel free to stay longer! Having the option to build up your winter miles in the warm is always a bonus!

Tuesday

COACHED Swim 7:30 - 8:30

Join us Tuesday mornings for an hour long swim session, led by coach Jack! Not sure of your ability? No worries! Jack splits everyone into three groups (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced) so you'll find a lane at the right pace for your ability! 

We have access to the pool 7am-9am, so feel free to turn up slightly earlier for extra warmup, or stay a little longer for a cooldown.

Wednesday

Bike Ride - 14:30 

Our infamous Wednesday ride has not gone anywhere! For the new year, expect new routes, although we will stick to the classic Wednesday route so new students can build up their knowledge of the local area! 

A range of groups are available, catering for all abilities. Expect to cycle anywhere from 30km-60km, ending back at campus by 5pm! 

Thursday

Spin 19:00 - 20:00

Not brought your bike to campus? Again - big mistake. Hope is still not all lost! Come join us in the Sports Hub on for spin! A mix of 30min - 50min high intensity sessions, burning off the purple consumed on the Wednesday prior! 

The allocation for the spin studio is 7-9pm, so feel free to stay longer!

Swim 20:30 - 22:00

Another chance to dip into the Sports Hub pool using your club membership! No coach this time, so feel free to turn up and use the lane as you wish. With two hours, this could be a great chance for a long swim, or your own session!

There will always be someone following a structured session, so there will always be something to follow! 

Friday

Track Run 13:00-15:00

Your chance to train your running skills as well as your cycling and swimming through the week! Expect people of all abilities, so whatever your running abilities are, track run is a real way to get better all round!

Saturday

Long Bike Ride 10:00

Don't panic, our Saturday long ride hasn't disappeared either! These rides are aimed at building endurance, and so last anywhere from 70km and upwards! Again, the number of groups will depend on rider demand (and the weather!)

Swim 15:30-16:30

Unable to make the Saturday ride? If you fancy a swim, we have a Saturday pool allocation too! Expect to bump into some of Warwick Medic Triathlon, as the session is open to their members as well!
