Spin 19:30 - 21:00
Not brought your bike to campus? Firstly - big mistake. Hope is not all lost! Come join us in the Sports Hub on Mondays (and Thursdays) for a dose of spin! A mix of 30min - 50min high intensity sessions, making enough space for the purple to come on Wednesdays!
COACHED Swim 7:30 - 8:30
Join us Tuesday mornings for an hour long swim session, led by coach Penny! Not sure of your ability? No worries! Penny splits everyone into three groups (beginner, intermediate, advanced) so you'll find a lane at the right pace for your ability!

Fancy a run around campus? Meet us at the sports hub for varying pace and distance groups. This is perfect for beginners right up to experienced athletes.
Bike Ride - 13:30
Our infamous Wednesday ride has not gone anywhere! For the new year, expect new routes, although we will stick to the classic Wednesday route so new students can build up their knowledge of the local area!
A range of groups are available, catering for all abilities. Expect to cycle anywhere from 30km-60km, ending back at campus by 4pm!

Swim 20:30 - 22:00
Another chance to dip into the Sports Hub pool using your club membership! No coach this time but never fear! There will always be someone following a structured session, so there will always be something to follow!
Track Run 13:00-15:00
Your chance to train your running skills as well as your cycling and swimming through the week! Expect people of all abilities, so whatever your running abilities are, track run is a real way to get better all round!
Run Session 6pm
Session around the mile loop with our triathlon captain!
Long Bike Ride 10:00
Don't panic, our Saturday long ride hasn't disappeared either! These rides are aimed at building endurance, and so last anywhere from 70km and upwards! Again, the number of groups will depend on rider demand (and the weather!)
Swim 15:30-16:30
If you fancy a swim, we have a Saturday pool allocation too!
Off-road Ride 10:00
NEW to WUCT! 30-60km of no drop pace on a mix of terrain such as mountain bike trails, canal and cycle paths, and farm tracks.
Women's & NB ride 11:00
Social pace ride, open to complete beginners :)
We also have weekly women's runs, join the group chat to find out more! For the first few weeks of term we will continue our term 3 tradition of pub rides on a Friday evening.
